An UMAC award for Best R&B Single, Top 10 on the radio and Top 10 on MuchMusic... and now an album deal!! BMG is happy to announce the official signing of 15-year-old rising star Keshia Chanté to an album recording deal with ViK.Recordings/UOMO! It looks as though Keshia's first album will be coming in the first couple of months of 2004!

UNPREDICTABLE IS #10!! Wow! Keshia Chanté’s first single is the 10th highest-selling single in all of Canada! The only other Canadian in the Top 20 is Shania Twain... Congratulations Keshia!!

There's no stopping this girl... First time she ever gets a song on the radio, it goes and wins an award!! They handed out the Urban Music Awards last night (July 31) in Toronto, and guess who won Best R&B/Soul Single??? Keshia Chanté... for "Shook "The Answer"!! Plus... check out SHAWN DESMAN'S wins too!
