The boys have done it again! ON June 20th, In Essence took home the MMVA for BEST R&B VIDEO OF THE YEAR for their hot track, "Friend of Mine!" This is an incredible follow up to their Juno Award win in April. Congradulations again to these very, very talented guys!!!

IN ESSENCE TAKES HOME A JUNO!
Now Canada knows what we already know, that THE MASTER PLAN is the record of the year. In Essence went to the Junos on Sunday and came back with the BEST R&B/SOUL RECORDING OF THE YEAR Juno! Congratulations guys!

IN ESSENCE IN EDMONTON ON JUNO WEEKEND!
Hey Edmonton fans - In Essence will be in your city on Juno weekend and you can see them!! Just head on down to the Juno Fan Fare April 3rd at West Edmonton Mall Ice Palace (11:30 am - 3:30 pm). Ben Mulroney (host of Canadian Idol and Etalk Daily) will be on hand, along with In Essence, Shawn Desman, Doc Walker, Nickelback, Pilate, Sam Roberts and a bunch more artists - and they'll be autographing stuff! It's all free, so you can get out there to show your love for our boys! Also - IE will be performing at a couple of Rush The Vote showcases over the Juno weekend - check the Tour page for details.

If you don't live in Edmonton, be sure to tune in to the Juno's anyway, because In Essence will be performing on the Junos and - we hope - accepting one! All the info you need is right here.

Check out In Essence on the broadcast of the Canadian Radio Music Awards event, which took place last weekend at the big music industry conference in Toronto! The show airs on Toronto One March 14th at 8 pm ET, and again on MTV Canada (March 13th 1:00 pm ET, and several repeats after that!)
